5 VSCO Tools I Use Everyday

To keep my photography business running smoothly, I need systems on the front end and back end to run seamlessly. That is why I trust VSCO and the tools they have created to keep my business going!

First things first, you are going to want to grab a snack and find somewhere comfortable to sit - let's dive in to how my VSCO One workflow has changed the way I do business, for the better.

The Dashboard page on my VSCO One Profile is where I always start my day. It gives you access to hop right onto the different applications needed for the day.

The second thing I do is to open up the Workspace! It gives you an insight into everything you need to know for the backend work within your business. From here you can manage your calendar, send emails, update and send invoices, schedule new shoots and even take a peek at the upcoming weather forecast for your location.

VSCO Galleries is probably my favorite way to view work and share the final product with my clients. I often will stop over here next and review galleries, upload new images and share projects with clients. It's been a fun transition from the previous gallery service that I used.

After that I like to hop over to the Canvas to create new mood boards, share them with clients and collaborate with other creatives involved in the project. Myself and others on the team can make notes about the direction of the shoot, write down things like shot ideas, and even use AI to create realistic images to help to bring a visual identity to the shoot.

The last tool I use every single day is the Studio Pro feature. This allows you to batch edit your photos and then export them directly to your VSCO gallery. It saves so much time and creates a seamless workflow experience. Studio Pro has all of the VSCO presets built in and allows you to edit all of the details necessary.

VSCO One has been a game changer for the way I operate my business, from editing, to CRM, mood boarding and migrating to client gallery delivery. I truly can't recommend it enough! That being said, if you have interest in joining VSCO One but have some questions, shoot me a message! I would love to chat with you about the platform and share in depth about why it has been so beneficial to me.
